| Judging Criteria | For each fixture in the Super Rugby Pacific 2027 draw prediction, points will be awarded as follows:
A maximum of 2 points can be awarded per fixture. With 80 fixtures in total, the maximum possible score is therefore 160 points. For example: If the actual fixture is Team A (Home) vs Team B (Away):
The entrant with the highest total score at the end of the Promotion will be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the entrant who submitted their prediction first. |

| Notification of Winner | The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven business days of judging. The winner’s name will be published on the Promoter’s social media channels. |
| Claiming the Prize | The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via phone and/or email. If, after one week of Notification of Winner, the winner has not claimed their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and give it to next highest ranked entrant. Details of prize will be sent via email. The Prize winner must provide to the Promoter and/or the Promoter’s travel agency valid details of their travel documents and their companion’s travel details, along with any other necessary details to the Promoters within one week of being notified that they have won the prize. The Promoter and/or the Promoter’s travel agency will be responsible for organising the travel, transfer and accommodation details of the prize. If the Prize winner is unable to, or does not provide their necessary travel details, or in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen. Acceptance of the prize by the winner and his or her companion is deemed as acceptance by the winner and his or her companion of any terms and conditions imposed by the Promoter’s travel agency. |
| Special Conditions | The Promotion is run through Komo Technologies Pty Ltd platform (“Komo Platform”). Entrant shall not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, convert, or apply any procedure or process to the Komo Platform, including in order to ascertain, derive, and/or appropriate for any reason or purpose, the source code of Komo Platform or any trade secret information or process contained in any of the Komo Platform; (ii) use the Komo Platform in any manner that violates in any law, rule, regulation, or any other legal or regulator requirement imposed by any regulatory or government agency, or (iii) assert (or authorise, assist, or encourage any third party to assert) any intellectual property infringement claims against Komo Technologies Pty Ltd or any of its affiliates or licensors regarding any portions of the Komo Platform. Entrant shall not utilise the Komo Platform for (a) transmission of offensive, sexually explicit, illegal, dangerous, gratuitously violent, harassing, defamatory, or threatening content or activity which Komo Technologies Pty Ltd, in its reasonable discretion, deems objectionable; (b) promoting, encouraging, or facilitating any illegal activity, violating the law or the right of any third party (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of personality); or (c) imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load or circumventing or attempting to circumvent any filtering, security measures or other features designed to protect the Komo Platform. |

Conditions of Entry
Conditions of Entry
- These Conditions of Entry incorporate and must be read together with the Schedule for the Promotion. The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
- Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.
- These Conditions of Entry apply to individuals resident in New Zealand, Australia, and Fiji only.
Eligibility
- Entry to the Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy the Entry Restrictions and are resident in the Relevant Territories.
- Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated (an incorporated society related to the Promoter) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Any person, agency, or organisation (and their directors, management, employees, officers, contractors and immediate families) that has knowledge of, or access to, the Super Rugby Pacific 2027 draw prior to its public release is also ineligible to enter. Associated agencies includes but is not limited to Super Rugby Pacific Clubs, Rugby Australia Limited, SANZAAR, Stan – Channel Nine, Sky TV, Fiji Broadcasting Corporation, Engage Digital Partners, Komo Technologies Pty Ltd, Rugby Players Association, Rugby Union Players’ Association, Super Rugby Board, Super Rugby Pacific CEO. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
Entry
- The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
- To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.
- Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries. Multiple entries (where permitted) must be submitted separately and must each separately meet the requirements specified in the Entry Procedure (if applicable).
- Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
Entry Content
- Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries will also be deemed invalid if they breach these Conditions of Entry as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion or any other content guidelines notified by the Promoter during the entry process for the Promotion.
- Where the Entry Procedure involves the submission of a photo, video or any other kind of artistic work, all entrants grant to the Promotor a non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and display the entry in any media or distribution method, including publication on websites and internet applications without restriction and without making any payment to the entrant. Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, materials provided with entries will not be returned to entrants.
- For promotions conducted via social media, an entrant’s entry must not include:
- The name or social media handle of any other person without that person’s express consent. Entrants warrant that if any such content is included, they have obtained the express consent of the relevant person to tag them in the Promotion post set out in the Schedule; or
- any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (which includes, without limitation, any content involving malice, violence or swearing).
The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of an entrant’s entry if it considers it inappropriate.
Judging
- The Promotion is a game of skill. The winner is determined by the exercise of skill, by reference to the Judging Criteria, and no element of chance is used to determine the winner. Each valid entry will be individually assessed and ranked on its merits in accordance with the Judging Criteria. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, or fails to claim the Prize within one week of the Notification of Winner, the non-complying or non-responsive entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by selecting the next best ranking entry (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion or as set out in the Judging Criteria).
- Winners will be notified as specified in the Schedule. The Promoter and the companies and agencies associated with this Promotion may also publish the name and country or state of residence of winners on its website(s).
Prizes
- The prize(s) are specified in the Schedule. The prize(s) are subject to any restrictions specified in the Schedule. The total prize pool is specified in the Schedule.
- If a prize includes vouchers:
- the vouchers are only valid for the period set out in the Schedule, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider as set out in the Schedule. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way; and
- shipping costs and any taxes, duties or the like associated with purchase or receipt of the item(s) purchased using the vouchers will be the responsibility of the winner and the Promoter will not be liable for such costs, taxes, duties or the like.
Claiming the Prize(s)
- Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the instructions set out in the Schedule.
Travel
- Travel arrangements to and from the Prize winner’s home and their nearest major international airport do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion.
- The winner must travel on the same flights and itinerary as their travelling companion.
- If necessary, the winner and their travelling companion must hold valid passports with at least six (6) months’ validity from the date of return travel, and must obtain at their own cost any visas, entry permits, or other travel authorisations required for the travel comprised in the Prize.
- The winner and their travelling companion are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to travel. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or health-related issue arising during or as a result of the travel.
- The Promoter strongly recommends that the winner and their travelling companion obtain comprehensive travel insurance (including cover for cancellation, medical expenses, luggage, and personal liability) at their own cost prior to departure. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the winner’s or their companion’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.
- The winner and their travelling companion must comply with all applicable laws, airline rules, and venue conditions while travelling and attending any event forming part of the Prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize or any remaining portion of it.
- If the travel comprised in the Prize is unable to proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including but not limited to flight cancellations, border closures, pandemic restrictions, natural disasters, or government directives), the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, offer substitute travel arrangements of comparable value, reschedule the travel, or cancel the travel component of the Prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter will not be liable for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the winner or their travelling companion.
No Association
- For promotions conducted via social media, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta and entrants acknowledge that any information they provide in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram, Meta and any associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion.
General
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and, except for cash prizes, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. The value of each prize is accurate as at the commencement of this Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant Territory, if required. If a winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
- Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in New Zealand or the Competition and Consumer Act in Australia, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in Australia (the “Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (excluding the liability caused by the Promoter’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
- If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant Territories, if required.
- The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
- Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering the Prize. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion and to relevant authorities in the Relevant Territories. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), applicable privacy laws in each Relevant Territories, and the Promoter's privacy policies. - Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Conditions of Entry shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Nothing in these Conditions of Entry excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any law in force in an entrant's country or State of residence that applies to the Promotion and that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including (for entrants resident in Australia) the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law. All entrants consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. Nothing in this clause prevents an entrant from bringing proceedings in the courts of their country or State of residence to the extent they are entitled to do so under a law that cannot be excluded.
- Should any part of these Conditions of Entry be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Conditions of Entry. Any invalid clause shall be replaced by an economically comparable provision.
